We offer free shipping worldwide – wherever you are, we’ve got you covered!

For in-stock items, orders are dispatched within 4 business days. If your order takes longer to ship, don’t worry! We’ll ensure it arrives within the timeframe promised at checkout. If necessary, we’ll even upgrade the shipping – at no extra cost to you.

Please note:

  • We don't ship on weekends or national holidays.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM GMT on weekdays or during weekends will ship the next business day.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • Free Ground Shipping: 7–10 business days
  • Premium Shipping: 4–6 business days

Currently, we don't offer overnight or two-day delivery.

Since all our products are handmade in small batches, some may take longer to ship. If that’s the case, we’ll note it on the product page and remind you in the confirmation email. It’ll be worth the wait!

HOW ARE LARGE ITEMS DELIVERED?

We ship larger items through DHL/FedEx, just like smaller orders. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as it’s available.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Tracking details will be sent to you via email. Be sure to look out for this email, as it’s separate from your order confirmation. You can also find the tracking details on the Orders page of your account.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on all orders.

Please note:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that apply, based on local regulations.
  • Customs fees vary by country and are calculated based on the order's value. Unfortunately, we cannot provide specific duty estimates.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Try your purchase in your space – if it’s not the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

  • Free exchanges and store credit are available for all returns.
  • If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a $65 restocking fee may apply.

Why a restocking fee? It helps us maintain sustainable pricing and artisan partnerships. These fees cover the cost of return shipping, inventory management, and eco-conscious initiatives such as recycling and donations.
